We operate a 24hr cancellation policy.  If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us ASAP

 

No show and late cancellation will incur a 50% charge.

 

Vouchers are available and are valid for six months, please ensure they are used within the time period to avoid disappointment.

 

If you arrive late for your appointment we will do our best to accommodate you.  We will honour your remaining treatment time, however in some circumstances we may have to offer an alternative treatment or reduce treatment length.

 

Treatment times may vary by a few minutes depending on individual circumstances.

 

Please switch off or turn mobiles to silent whilst in the treatment rooms.

 

New clients must complete a consultation form to ensure suitability for treatment.

 

Please inform us of any new or existing medical conditions/medicines even if you think it isn't important - it is!

 

Veruccas and fungal nail infections are contra-indicated for nail treatments, please seek medical advice.

 

Pregnancy - please note - massage treatments are not suitable before 14 weeks.

 

Due to the nature of the business we are unable to accommodate small children in the treatment rooms.

At the moment we are unable to accept male clients, we apologise for any inconvenience, contact the salon for more information.

 

Anyone under the age of 17 wishing to receive a treatment must be accompanied by an adult and a consent form signed.

COVID 19 best practice and infection prevention is implemented in salon.  Please follow government guidelines in regards to symptoms and self isolation.  DO NOT attend your appointment if you have symptoms, even mild.

Please wear a mask to your apointment and follow handwashing and sanitisation in salon.  Failure to do so will result in your treatment being cancelled.
